Available Positions

Resident Pastor

The Resident Pastor oversees the day-to-day activities of the church and ministry operations. This role provides spiritual leadership to members, supports church programs, and serves as a shepherd to both the congregation and the surrounding community.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide spiritual care, pastoral leadership, preaching, teaching, and biblical counseling
  • Lead the church in integrating evangelism and discipleship into all ministry areas
  • Introduce young people to Christ and disciple them toward spiritual maturity
  • Train members to serve Christ through their gifts and life calling
  • Serve as the primary community relations contact for the church
  • Lead and participate in community outreach and social support initiatives
  • Provide spiritual oversight for ministry activities
  • Serve under the accountability and administrative support of the Board of Trustees
  • Mentor and provide spiritual support to emerging leaders

Preferred Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Scripture and Christian doctrine

Demonstrated pastoral or ministry leadership experience

Excellent communication and teaching skills

Heart for discipleship and community service

Outreach Pastor

The Outreach Pastor advances the gospel by overseeing the ministry’s outreach efforts, partnerships, and community engagement. This role strengthens the ministry’s presence locally and globally while building bridges between the church and the community.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee representation of the ministry to communities of believers worldwide
  • Maintain a positive public image for the ministry
  • Build and sustain relationships with community members and organizations
  • Facilitate visitation and care for hospitalized, grieving, or distressed members
  • Coordinate ministry meetings such as Elder and Personnel meetings
  • Recruit, develop, and mentor leaders within the ministry
  • Lead community service initiatives that benefit humanity
  • Support evangelistic outreach and missions

Preferred Qualifications

Passion for evangelism and outreach ministry

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Experience in community engagement or missions is an asset
