Our Leadership & Pastoral Training program is designed to raise a new generation of Christ-centered leaders who are spiritually grounded, biblically sound, and equipped to serve God’s people with wisdom, humility, and integrity.

We intentionally train and mentor young adults and emerging leaders who sense a calling into ministry, pastoral leadership, or Christian service, helping them develop both spiritual depth and practical leadership skills.
